Built-in server management tools — Teleport Configurator and Item Swapper.
Overview
Vigil includes a set of server management tools that complement the module system. These tools let you configure specific server behaviours directly from the dashboard, without editing config files manually.
Teleport Configurator
The Teleport Configurator lets you define named teleport zones on your server's map. Each zone has a name and a set of destination coordinates. Zones configured here are available as teleport destinations in the Teleport Feed module and as fast travel targets in the Location Presets module.
What you can configure
- Add, edit, and remove named teleport zones
- Set the destination coordinates for each zone
- Assign a display name that appears in Discord alerts and player-facing interfaces
Zones are applied to your server via the Nitrado API and take effect on the next server restart.
Item Swapper
The Item Swapper tool lets you replace one item classname with another across your server's spawntable configuration. This is useful for quickly swapping out items during economy tweaks, seasonal events, or when removing deprecated classnames.
How to use it
- Select the file to modify from your Nitrado server's config
- Enter the classname you want to replace (the source item)
- Enter the classname you want to replace it with (the target item)
- Preview the changes and apply
The tool makes the edit directly on Nitrado. Changes take effect on the next server restart.
The Item Swapper modifies your server config files directly. Always review the preview before applying — changes cannot be automatically undone.
