Player Profiles
Per-player stats, history, ban management, and notes — all from the dashboard.
What are player profiles?
Every player who connects to your server gets a profile in Vigil automatically. No setup required — as soon as Vigil sees a player connect for the first time, it creates a record and starts tracking their activity.
Player profiles are accessible from:
- The activity feed on your dashboard — click any player's name
- The Players section in your server dashboard
- The public player page linked on player-facing Vigil pages
What a profile shows
Stats
- Total kills, deaths, and K/D ratio
- Headshot kills and headshot percentage
- Favourite weapon (the weapon with the most kills)
- Total sessions (number of times connected)
- First seen and last seen dates
Kill and death history
A scrollable history of recent kill and death events involving this player, with weapons, victims/killers, distances, and timestamps.
Notes
Admins can add private notes to a player's profile — visible only to server admins and members with dashboard access. Useful for recording warnings, ban context, or anything else worth remembering.
Admin actions
From a player's profile panel in the dashboard, admins can:
Ban / Unban
Add or remove a player from your Nitrado server's ban list directly from Vigil. Bans apply to your Nitrado game server and take effect immediately.
Whitelist / Remove from whitelist
Add or remove a player from your server's whitelist. Used by modules like Safezone Enforcement and PVE Safezone to exempt trusted players from enforcement.
Add notes
Write private admin notes attached to this player's profile.
Public player pages
Players can view their own profile on a public-facing Vigil page. The URL is based on their gamertag and your server. The page shows their stats, kill/death history, and any badges (banned, whitelisted, priority).
This is a great feature to share with your community so players can check their own stats without needing dashboard access.
Player dashboard (/me pages)
When a player links their Discord account to their gamertag (via the /link command in Discord), they get access to their personal player dashboard at vigilkillfeed.com/me/[serverId]. This is a private, player-facing view that goes beyond the public profile page.
From their /me dashboard, a player can:
- View their full stats and kill/death history
- Manage their economy balance and shop orders
- View and place bounties on the bounty board
- Register and manage their base locations for Raid Alerts
- Save named Location Presets for shop delivery and fast travel
- Create or manage their faction (if player factions are enabled)
- View their achievements and progress
The /me dashboard is only accessible by the linked player — it requires Discord sign-in and is scoped to their gamertag.
Gamertag linking
Players link their gamertag to their Discord account by running /link [gamertag] in your Discord server. Once linked:
- Their
/medashboard becomes accessible - The Vigil Sentry Bot can optionally rename their Discord display name to their gamertag
- Their Discord identity is associated with their in-game activity across all linked modules
Players can see whether their account is linked from any public profile page. Unlinking is done from the /me settings page.
