Players Online
A single Discord embed that updates in-place showing who is currently online.
What it does
The Players Online module maintains a single Discord embed that always shows the current list of online players. When a player connects or disconnects, the embed is updated automatically — your community can check the channel at any time to see who is in the server right now.
Optionally, each player's current session time can be shown alongside their name so viewers can see how long each player has been online.

How the embed updates
The module edits a single message in-place whenever the online list changes — on connection, on disconnect, and periodically to correct any missed events. Your channel always shows exactly one embed with the current state. If the message is deleted, a new one is posted on the next update cycle.
